What is Seal?
Section titled “What is Seal?”Seal is a self-hosted authentication and identity platform built for teams that sell software to enterprises. It gives you a hosted login UI, a management portal, and a REST API — so you don’t have to build any of it yourself.
Key capabilities:
- Hosted authentication — branded login pages, magic links, password auth, MFA, and email verification
- Enterprise SSO — SAML and OIDC connections per organization, with just-in-time provisioning
- Multi-tenant organizations — map your customers to organizations with domain-based routing
- Audit logs — structured event log with queryable schema for compliance requirements

Architecture
